William M. Parsons

William M. Parsons is President and CEO, RD AMROSS, LLC, a United States joint venture of Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne and NPO Energomash.
Prior to joining RD AMROSS, Mr. Parsons was VP Strategic Space Initiatives, Lockheed Martin. Before joining Lockheed Martin, he held several key positions within NASA in a career which began in 1990, following his service in the U.S. Marine Corps. He served as Director of the John F. Kennedy Space Center in Florida, Deputy Director of the Johnson Space Center in Texas and Director of the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi.
William Parsons holds a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree from the University of Mississippi and a Master’s of Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida.
During his career, Parsons has been the recipient of numerous honors and awards from NASA and several alumni awards from both the University of Mississippi and the University of Central Florida.
